Merry Christmas!

2022 is coming to an end. I wanted to categorically thank you once again for all the support I’ve received. It makes moving forward and continue writing way easier. I think it’s a great time to make some shout outs to people I’ve been enjoying reading for the past time and I believe you will as well in 2023.

Best Anchor Stocks

I’ve been following Leandro’s work for over 6 months now and I can now confidently say he is in the pinnacle of what I consider to be high quality research. He is mainly focused in low volatility businesses that have proven themselves over and over and still have growth potential. Leandro uses Twitter as a source of ‘journal’ (@Invesquotes), he’s a premium Seeking Alpha Contributor (I don’t know if that’s the category name) and often brings great content to Substack.

Punch Card Investor

, on Twitter (@punchcardinvestor), defines himself as “Private investor doing deep dives on companies in tech, gaming, media and consumer sectors.” He has previously covered Etsy, Take-Two, Sea Limited, Zebra Technologies, Nvidia, LVMH. I’ve personally read the articles on Nvidia, Sea Limited and LVMH. The reason for his mention is because his deep dives are actual deep dives, I found lot of value coming from his Substack and his Twitter. Perhaps you might as well.

Stock Opine

My friends at Stock Opine, on Twitter (@Stock_Opine), publish consistent research on what I consider to be ‘relevant’ companies and also covers new ideas that are flowing through the top of their watchlist. They help me keep track of many businesses and constantly bring new companies to the map. At the same time, I always find their writing very clear, which is something not easy to accomplish.

The Thinking Investor

One of my closest friends among the Twitter network, he writes under (@IrrationalMrkts). On Twitter, he’s constantly covering a wide diverse of topics very similar to the ones discussed here on Sunday’s articles. The Substack he runs goes under two formats. In simple terms, the free version is to get better as an investor through insights of previous investors, lessons learned and fundamental principles (again, very similar to the stuff I write here), and the paid version, where he publishes his deep dives and portfolio updates.

Heavy Moat Investments

Another very close friend of mine, who writes on Seeking Alpha as a premium contributor, tweets regularly under (@stonkmetal) and publishes on Substack. On Twitter and SA, he consistently covers relevant points and ongoing research on companies like Texas Instruments, Google, ASML. On Substack, he writes short articles on companies that are in his watchlist and some thoughts.

Two Spanish Writers

In case you speak Spanish (as I do, I’m from Argentina), I encourage you to follow and read Miguel and WorldStockss’ work. On Twitter (@MDBBolsa) and (@WorldStockss). They’ve also been testing out some podcast features for listeners.

The Investing for Beginners Podcast

Dave and his partners have a website that comprehensively explain their different products.

Dave’s very active on Twitter under (@IFB_podcast). He always brings to the table relevant names, data and has been a great source for me to get into new investing tools like Stratosphere or Quartr (both of which I’m currently using as I find them very useful). Stratosphere is for financials, KPIs, SEC filings and everything business related basically.

On the other hand, Quartr is mainly to follow quarterly results, but it’s a very pragmatic and simple to use mobile application. They go on Twitter under (@Quartr_App) and constantly publish interesting pieces of information and insights.

Three Promising Substacks

Lastly, three Substacks I haven’t yet read much of but appear to be high quality as well. I’ll be trying to read more of them in the coming months. (These guys are also on Twitter)

Personal Commentary

Anyway, I believe you’d enjoy reading all the mentioned people and utilizing both mentioned resources. I’m currently working on an Nvidia write up, which I’ll try to publish between the 3-10 of January. I have some exciting personal news to share in the coming weeks.
